Field Crew
Description: Field Crew
Reports to: Field supervisor, Design Room Manager, President
Field Crew Job Purpose: The Field Crew will be responsible for working with the Design Room Manager and field supervisor to coordinate and breakdown all necessary Panache Style events, showcases, weddings, etc.. The Field Crew will also aid in the appropriate cleaning and maintenance of the Panache Style Warehouse and vehicles.
Skills/Qualifications: Travel Logistics, Scheduling, Self-Confidence, Client Relationships, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement, Decision Making, Ability to lift objects of over 30lbs (or heavier with assistance), Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
Hourly Rate: $10.00/hour
Hours: Thursday (8 hours), Saturday (4 hours at double pay), Monday (8 hours), other as needed. Anticipated total weekly hours: 20 (paid for 24 hours).
Field Supervisor Job Duties:
- Paint, maintain and assemble various objects, sets and devices needed for specific Panache Style events and projects.
- Follow the instructions of the Panache Style Management and the Field Supervisor.
- Maintain and clean the warehouse stock and inventory.
- Transport Panache Style products and necessary inventory back to Panache Style.
- Breakdown Panache Style Events, load all necessary Panache Style property (vases, chandeliers, etc.) onto Panache Style trucks and return them to the Panache Style Warehouse.
- Unload and process Panache Style inventory.
- Clean the inventory and store in appropriate locations inside the warehouse.
- Track all Panache Style inventory using appropriate Panache Style systems.
- Clean inside and outside of Panache Style Vans and Trucks.
